Grape variety: Cabernet franc 100%.
Method: 8 months maturing in tank.
Characteristics: with its deep ruby-red colour, this wine has a nose of red fruits – strawberry and raspberry: and on the palate it is both supple – with melting tannins.
Wine and food: served at 13 – 15 degrees, it accompanies red meats, grills, charcuterie and cheese.
Keeping qualities: it can be kept for up to 4 or 5 years.
