Grape variety: Chardonnay.
Characteristics: with a pale yellow colour, this has a very expressive nose with perfumes of white flowers (jasmin, honeysuckle). On the palate it gives a slightly sweet initial taste with a lively, finely-fruited finish.
Wine and food: served at between 8 and 10 degrees, it is ideal with seafood, and fish, ideal with scallops, or with a salad of cucumber and dillh.
Keeping qualities: a wine to be drunk young.
