Grape variety: Cabernet franc (50%), Groslot (50%). Bottled in May 2011.
Method: direct pressure, then matured in steel tanks for 5 months.
Characteristics: this rosé wine gives perfumed, red fruit notes (cherry, blackcurrant, redcurrant).
Wine and food: served at between 8 and 10 degrees, for buffets, with salads, charcuterie, white meat and grills. It is “the” wine for summer meals.
Keeping qualities: drink within 3 years.
